How Coaching Works
Coaching is about your personal, professional or relationship future. Working with a Relationship Coach gives you the benefits of an external observer pinpointing the blocks that are keeping love out(while The Journey process is used to clear emotions that might get in the way of finding your ideal partner.) It addresses your specific challenges in finding your ideal partner or any other relationship challenges. I act as your objective observer and tailor your sessions to address your specific requirements and goals. Examples are: - Identify what’s holding you back / keeping you stuck
- Clarify why you’re in a groove and how to get out of it
- Get insight into habits or patterns you’re repeating that are preventing you from getting what you want
- Raise awareness of your blind spots in an encouraging way
- Hone in on how you communicate and sharpen your interpersonal skills
- Help you to build your confidence
What is it About?
- changing the aspects you wish were different
- dealing with your future rather than your past
- becoming your best self
- achievement and action
- transformation and results
- narrowing the gap between what you have in your life now and how you want it to be.

What Will I Do for You?
- See the positive in you that you may not see in yourself
- Be objective and keep you on track
- Help you tap into your own wisdom
- Encourage, support and challenge you
- Ask you insightful questions you might not have asked yourself
- Help you set realistic goals and achieve them
- Help you to distinguish between what you could have, ought to have, want to have and deserve to have
How Does This Differ from:
A Therapist?
It is not therapy. It does not deal with your emotional past but with your future and how to achieve your goal. It is part of the combination of the
dating services
offered.
A Sports Coach?
It includes several similar principles, like going for the goal, and becoming and being your best self.
It’s about strengthening your skills so that you can achieve what you set out to do.
A Best Friend or Partner?
A best friend and partner are wonderful to have and who will probably try and give you dating advice based on their own experiences. This may be helpful to a certain extent, however, they are not always objective and good listeners, who you can trust to guide rather than advise you in this skillful way.
